MARKETING COORDINATOR - POSITION OPEN

Most importantly, LARITZY only uses the highest quality skin-loving ingredients that moisturize and condition your skin while giving you bold, pigmented color. We are currently looking to grow our team and bring on someone motivated and passionate about the beauty and fashion industry.

ABOUT THE JOB:

LARITZY is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work alongside the founders to assist with the growth of the brand. You will lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and activities including digital strategies, web-based campaigns, promotional events, public relations, event marketing, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Research and recruit new social media influencers to join the LARITZY Influencer Network to generate awareness for the brand

- Keep a detailed record of correspondence in company contact sheets

- Create and maintain a content calendar to grow social media engagement

- Manage and grow subscriber base by providing regular, useful content via newsletters and targeted mailings

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies

- Assist in marketing campaigns geared towards a product or collection launch

- Tracking KPIs and reporting effectiveness of campaigns on a regular basis

- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in online marketing, account management, PR, social media or affiliate/partnership marketing.

• Must have knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and InDesign

• Experience with web technology platforms

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects of various scope

• Excellent ‘eye’ for design and a passion for visual and beauty trends

• Passion for beauty and makeup

• Ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources

• Critical thinking skills, supported by the ability to analyze data

• Strong attention to detail with a passion for e-commerce in a fashion environment

• Advanced knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Experience with the e-commerce platform Shopify is an asset

• Experience with Google Analytics

• Knowledge of influencer management platforms is an asset

• Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is an asset
